Company Policies, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Work

All design and construction services are carried out according to the approved proposal and scope of work. Any modifications or additional requests made after approval will require a revised quotation and adjusted timeline.

1.2 Payment Terms

To begin a project, the client must pay the advance amount stated in the proposal. Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestone schedule. Work may pause if payments are delayed or incomplete.

1.3 Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates based on standard working conditions. The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late client approvals or design changes
  • Vendor or supplier delays
  • Unforeseen site or structural issues
  • Pending or delayed government/society permissions
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, unrest, etc.)

1.4 Permissions and Approvals

All official permissions, NOCs, or letters from authorities, societies, or municipal departments are the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in writing. The client will bear all related costs and will be liable for any project delays arising due to pending approvals.

1.5 Material Procurement & Substitution

All materials are procured as per approved samples. If a material becomes unavailable, a comparable alternative will be offered for client approval, and costs may vary accordingly.

1.6 Site Access and Responsibility

Clients must ensure safe and uninterrupted site access during working hours. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or client-supplied materials.

1.7 Design Ownership

All drawings, renderings, and layouts remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing with third parties without consent is prohibited.

1.8 Third-Party Coordination

If other vendors or contractors are appointed by the client, the company shall not be held responsible for their performance, delays, or resulting defects unless explicitly contracted to manage them.

1.9 Quality and Warranty

  • A one-month workmanship warranty is provided after completion for minor defects.
  • Manufacturer warranties for fixtures and materials apply as per their own terms.
  • The company is not liable for damages from misuse, poor maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

1.10 Variations & Additional Work

Any client-requested change after project initiation will require a written change order, which may affect pricing and timeline.

1.11 Liability Limitations

The company will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. All recommendations are based on provided site data; concealed defects or pre-existing conditions are outside the company’s responsibility.

1.12 Pricing Validity

All quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and may vary with market fluctuations or material availability.

1.13 Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt amicable settlement. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the local courts where the company is registered.

1.14 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and payable immediately.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Design Services

Once design work — including concept layouts, drawings, or 3D renders — has begun, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. Construction or renovation work begins only after all design work has been finalized and approved by the client. Any site work requested before this stage is at the client's risk.

3.2 Construction & Renovation Services

Refunds are not applicable once materials have been procured or labor deployed. If a project is terminated by the client, only unutilized advances (if any) may be refunded after deducting actual costs incurred.

3.3 Delay or Non-Performance

If the company is unable to begin work within 30 days due to internal reasons, a full refund will be made. Delays caused by client-side factors (pending approvals, delayed payments, or documentation) are excluded.

3.4 Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 15 business days of written approval.

3.5 Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for delays or interruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, material shortages, or regulatory issues.
